Community Standards & Conduct Policy

Community Standards & Conduct Policy

Customer conduct expectations for respectful participation, prohibited conduct, staff boundaries, and enforcement.

Effective July 27, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Purpose

Fique Pronto is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and professional learning environment for every customer.

These Community Standards apply to all interactions with Fique Pronto, including but not limited to:

  • Tutoring sessions
  • Consultations
  • Email communications
  • Customer support
  • The website and customer portal
  • Future online communities, forums, or group events
  • Social media interactions where customers engage directly with Fique Pronto

Our goal is to foster an environment where everyone can learn comfortably and be treated with dignity and respect.

2. Our Expectations

We ask customers to:

  • Treat instructors and staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Communicate honestly and professionally.
  • Participate in sessions in good faith.
  • Respect the time reserved for scheduled appointments.
  • Follow reasonable instructions necessary to provide the purchased service.
  • Respect the privacy and learning experience of others.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behavior is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of services:

  • Harassment or intimidation.
  • Threats or violent behavior.
  • Hate speech or discriminatory conduct.
  • Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, religious discrimination, or other unlawful discriminatory behavior.
  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual comments.
  • Abusive, insulting, or degrading language directed toward staff or other customers.
  • Repeated disruptive behavior.
  • Fraud or attempted fraud.
  • Chargeback abuse.
  • Impersonating another individual.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to customer accounts or systems.
  • Knowingly providing false or misleading information in connection with purchased services.

4. Meaningful Participation

Live educational services require reasonable participation from both the customer and the instructor.

Customers should participate from an environment that allows the purchased service to be effectively delivered.

Examples of situations that may prevent meaningful participation include:

  • Driving a vehicle during a tutoring session or consultation.
  • Frequently leaving the session without explanation.
  • Repeated interruptions that prevent instruction.
  • Refusing to communicate in a manner necessary to provide the service.
  • Engaging in behavior that makes it unreasonable to continue the session.

Whenever practical, Fique Pronto will make reasonable efforts to continue or redirect the session.

If meaningful participation is not possible because of the customer's conduct, environment, or inability to meaningfully participate, Fique Pronto may end the session or decline to continue providing the service. Ending a session under these circumstances does not automatically entitle the customer to additional session time, a replacement session, or a refund. Any accommodation remains subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Fique Pronto's discretion.

5. Respect for Staff

Our instructors and staff deserve a safe and professional working environment.

Customers may not pressure staff to:

  • Provide services outside the purchased scope.
  • Ignore published policies.
  • Continue conversations outside agreed communication channels.
  • Provide personal contact information.
  • Perform services that Fique Pronto does not offer.

6. Communication Boundaries

Purchasing a product or service does not create an unlimited right to contact instructors or staff.

Unless specifically included with a purchased service, customers should not expect ongoing support through personal email, text messaging, WhatsApp, social media, or other informal communication channels.

7. Integrity of the Learning Environment

Customers may not intentionally interfere with another customer's learning experience or attempt to disrupt Fique Pronto's educational services.

Future group sessions, workshops, or community events may have additional participation guidelines.

8. Reservation of Rights

Fique Pronto reserves the right to decline, refuse, suspend, discontinue, cancel, or refund any product, service, booking, or customer relationship at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • abusive or threatening conduct;
  • discriminatory or hateful behavior;
  • fraud or suspected fraud;
  • repeated violations of our published policies;
  • attempts to misuse our products or services;
  • situations where we determine that we cannot reasonably, professionally, or safely provide the requested service;
  • operational, legal, security, or business concerns.

Where appropriate, Fique Pronto may issue a full or partial refund instead of providing the requested service.

Nothing in this section requires Fique Pronto to continue a customer relationship where doing so would be inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with our business operations.

9. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, Fique Pronto may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • End a live session.
  • Cancel future appointments.
  • Suspend portal access.
  • Remove access to community features.
  • Decline future purchases.
  • Report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
  • Exercise any other rights available under our Terms of Service or applicable law.

Enforcement decisions will consider the nature and severity of the conduct, prior interactions, and the safety of our staff and customers.

10. Our Commitment

These standards exist to protect everyone.

We are committed to:

  • Treating customers fairly.
  • Communicating respectfully.
  • Applying our policies consistently.
  • Listening to reasonable concerns.
  • Exercising discretion with professionalism and good judgment.

We recognize that honest misunderstandings and genuine mistakes happen. Whenever appropriate, we prefer to resolve issues through respectful communication before resorting to enforcement measures.

11. Changes to This Policy

Fique Pronto may revise these Community Standards from time to time.

The most current version will be published on our website.
