Digital Products Policy

This policy explains how Fique Pronto's digital products are purchased, delivered, licensed, updated, and supported.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Fique Pronto provides educational products designed to help customers prepare for travel, improve Portuguese language skills, and better understand Brazilian culture.

Digital products are educational resources.

They are not guarantees of language fluency, travel success, business outcomes, or personal results.

Learning outcomes depend on many factors, including practice, prior experience, and individual effort.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered electronically through the Fique Pronto website, customer portal, downloadable links, email, or another approved delivery method.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their account.

Purchasing a digital product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for their own personal educational purposes.

Customers do not acquire ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, customers may not:

Fique Pronto may improve, correct, expand, or update existing products from time to time.

Minor corrections, bug fixes, formatting improvements, and similar updates may be provided at our discretion.

Future editions, redesigned experiences, expanded content, premium features, additional lessons, new functionality, or successor products may be offered separately.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing one version of a product does not automatically entitle customers to future paid editions, premium upgrades, or newly released products.

Fique Pronto makes reasonable efforts to keep purchased digital products available through the customer portal.

However, availability may occasionally be affected by:

Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle customers to refunds.

When a disruption materially affects purchased access, Fique Pronto may restore access, extend availability, replace affected content, or provide another reasonable remedy at its discretion.

Customers are responsible for:

Travel conditions change.

Fique Pronto makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate educational materials but cannot guarantee that every product reflects every regional variation, local preference, or future change in language or culture.

Our digital products are educational resources and are not intended to provide legal, immigration, financial, tax, medical, personal safety, security, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for exercising their own judgment based on their individual circumstances.

Some Fique Pronto educational products may address adult language, dating, relationships, nightlife, sexuality, profanity, slang, or other mature cultural topics when relevant to real-world Brazilian Portuguese and Brazilian culture.

Such content is provided for educational and cultural purposes and may not be appropriate for all audiences. Where appropriate, individual products may include additional content notices or maturity labels.

Because most digital products are delivered immediately and cannot realistically be returned, digital product purchases are intended to be final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy requires Fique Pronto to issue a refund where one is not otherwise required by law. However, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to provide refunds, replacements, store credit, or other accommodations when we determine that doing so is appropriate.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

Sharing login credentials to provide unauthorized access to purchased materials may result in suspension or termination of portal access.

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Fique Pronto unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this policy transfers ownership of these rights to customers.

Fique Pronto may discontinue products, replace products with improved versions, reorganize content, retire legacy products, or modify the customer experience as the business evolves.

When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to customers.

Fique Pronto may revise this policy from time to time.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
