Product Lifecycle & Versioning Policy

Product Lifecycle & Versioning Policy

Product lifecycle rules for active, beta, coming-soon, legacy, retired, and updated educational products.

Effective July 27, 2026 · Version 1.0

Fique Pronto continually develops, improves, expands, retires, and reorganizes its educational products and services.

This policy explains how products move through their lifecycle and what customers should expect as products evolve over time.

2. Product Philosophy

Our goal is to continuously improve the quality of our educational resources.

Some products may receive ongoing improvements, while others may eventually be replaced by newer or more comprehensive offerings.

We believe improving our catalog benefits both new and existing customers while allowing us to continue investing in better educational experiences.

  • correcting errors;
  • improving explanations;
  • updating examples;
  • refining translations;
  • reorganizing lessons;
  • improving navigation;
  • enhancing the learning experience.

These improvements may occur without prior notice.

5. Product Versions

Some products may be released in multiple versions over time.

Examples include:

  • expanded editions;
  • redesigned experiences;
  • premium editions;
  • successor products;
  • feature-enhanced versions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing one version does not automatically include future paid editions or successor products.

6. Minor Updates

  • spelling corrections;
  • formatting improvements;
  • technical fixes;
  • small clarification changes;
  • bug fixes.

These updates may be provided without additional charge.

  • redesigned user experiences;

Major releases may be offered as separate products or paid upgrades.

8. Pricing Changes

Prices may change over time.

Changes generally apply to future purchases and do not affect completed purchases unless expressly stated.

9. Product Availability

Fique Pronto intends to make purchased products reasonably available to customers for as long as it is practical to do so. However, no online service can guarantee perpetual access.

Business needs, technological changes, third-party platform changes, legal requirements, operational constraints, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require products to be modified, migrated, replaced, retired, or delivered through alternative methods over time.

When practical, Fique Pronto will make reasonable efforts to preserve customer access to previously purchased products or provide an appropriate alternative consistent with this Policy.

10. Customer Access

When practical, customers who have purchased a product will continue to have reasonable access to that purchased version. If continued access through the original platform is no longer practical, Fique Pronto may provide access through another reasonable delivery method, migrate customers to a replacement platform, or offer another appropriate solution at its discretion.

However, continued access may occasionally require reasonable technical changes, migrations, or replacement delivery methods.

11. Product Replacement

Occasionally, one product may replace another.

When practical, Fique Pronto may:

  • migrate customers;
  • offer upgrade pricing;
  • provide replacement products;
  • maintain legacy access;
  • or provide another reasonable transition.

Transition decisions are made at Fique Pronto's discretion unless otherwise required by law.

12. Future Features

References to planned products or features do not constitute a promise that those products or features will be released.

Development priorities may change based on customer feedback, technical considerations, business needs, or other factors.

13. Customer Feedback

Customer suggestions play an important role in shaping future products.

While we sincerely appreciate feedback, submitting ideas or feature requests does not create an obligation for Fique Pronto to implement them.

14. Reservation of Rights

Fique Pronto reserves the right to:

  • introduce new products;
  • discontinue existing products;
  • reorganize product categories;
  • change pricing;
  • modify educational content;
  • retire legacy products;
  • create successor products;
  • redesign the customer experience.

These decisions are made to support the long-term sustainability and quality of the business.
